Kriisiraadioside korraldajale on hea teada
1. Mis on kriisiraadiosidet korraldav organisatsioon? Kes, kus, kuidas otsustab?
Kriisiraadioside on Naiskodukaitse ja Eesti Raadioamatööride Liidu ühine algatus ja töötab kogukondliku alatuse põhimõttel. Tegemist on iga piirkonna inimeste endi poolt (niiöelda rohujuure tasandil) algatatava naaber-naabrit toetava ettevõtmisega viimase miili katmiseks. Selleks, et inimesed saaks info, kuidas nad kriisiraadiosidet Eesti seaduse mõistes saavad oma piirkonnas vabalt teha, on raadioamatöörid ja Naiskodukaotse koostöös loonud juhend-dokumendi, milleni viivad kõik olemasolevad kirjeldused Naiskodukaitse äpis ja raadioamatööride ühingu kodulehel. Peatselt on lisandumas kirjeldus Naiskpdukaitse veebilehele.
3. Kus on praegu kriisiraadioside veebileht?
Kriisiraadioside veebileht on hetkel raadioamatööride lehel, sest raadioamatööridelt tuleb kogukonnale raadioside alane tehniline tugi.
4. Milline on liidestus kriisiorganisatsiooniga?
Piirkond, kes on omale loonud või edaspidi loob kriisiraadioside võrgustiku, räägib kohaliku omavalitsusega läbi, kuidas hakkab elanike abivajadus jõudma abi andjani. Tallinna Nõmme linnaosas on näiteks jõutud kokkuleppele, et abivajadus edastatakse linna kesksesse kriisistaapi, kes seejärel korraldab elanikule abi. Nõmme kogukonnavõrgustik aitab abiandja abivajaja üles leida.
Selleks, et võrgustik toimiks, on vaja vabatahtlikega harjutusi läbi viia, selleks lepib kohalik korraldaja oma piirkonna grupiga kokku harjutuste läbiviimise ajad (Nõmme linnaosa näitel on sobilik üle nädala ühel nädalapäeva õhtul) ning küsib vajadusel kõneside harjutuste läbiviimiseks tuge Naiskodukaitselt või Kaitseliidult ning tehnilist tuge ERAÜ-lt.
5. Kas on planeeritud päästjatega koostööd?
Iga piirkond lepib koostöös kohaliku omavalitsusega kokku, kuidas nende kogukonna abivajadus jõuab abiandjani. Hetkel on näiteks Tallinnas keskne kriisistaap, kelleni peavad jõudma kohalike elanike appihüüded - selleks on vaja igas Tallinna piirkonnas tekitada kriisiraadioside võrgustiku grupp ja korraldada abivajaduse jõudmine (näiteks läbi kohaliku linnavosavalitsuse) kriisitaabini.
6. Millist koostööd võib korraldaja küsida kohalikult omavalitsuselt?
Küsida võib näiteks ruumi, kus korraldada raadiosidekoolitusi. Ruumi jm võimaluste osas on igal omavlitsusel omad võimalused, mille piires nad saavad toimetada, seetõttu tuleb kriisiraadioside töögrupi korraldajal oma piirkonnas oma omavalitsusega ise läbi rääkida.
Kriisiraadioside esitlus, mida saab kasutada kogukonnale ja kohalikul omavalitsusele esitamiseks on leitav SIIT.

In last September Estonian national amateur radio society celebrated its 90th anniversary! The society was registered by the Estonian authorities as a union in March 1935, but its actual activities started in September 1935 with the first general meeting held and the first board elected.
To celebrate this, a special event station ES90ERAU was activated for 10 days - activity dates were 20.09.-30.09.2025. ES90ERAU was active on all amateur radio bands and most common modes, more than 18,000 QSO-s were made during this period!
We also created a special web-site for the event and launched an award programme. To get an award you needed to collect at least 90 points - if you made QSO-s with ES90ERAU, check from the web-site below if you have got a right to download this nice award! We will also send out QSL-cards via bureau to all who have requested it or sent us a card. The top-scoring stations in each mode will have a special stamp on the award and this will be sent to them via normal mail, the best 3 overall scores will also get ERAÜ T-shirts.
See the ES90ERAU special web-site and read about the award programme here!
Thank you for the nice activity!

The Baltic VUSHF Contest was successfully held on 15.08.2026. Logs should be sent preferably in .edi format and no later than on 31.08.2026. You can either upload your log via the special web-application (see the link below) or send it via e-mail (see the rules!). NB! Those who operated on several bands, must separate your multi-band log to single band logs (separate files) and upload the band logs separately - the application will not accept one multi-band log! Yet, you can always send your multi-band log to the contest's e-mail address (see the rules!).

The Estonian radio amateurs' summer camp in 2026 will be held at Laagna (ES4-area, near Narva) at the end of June - 26.-28.06. For many East Estonia is a bit of Terra Incognita, so, it is a good chance to learn more about this nice area! The official opening of the camp is traditionally on Saturday, 27th at 11 o'clock, but we STRONGLY recommend to arrive alreay on Friday, 26th - as we plan a really thrilling afternoon excursion to the old factory facility of Narva Kreenholm, that was the biggest industrial facility in Europe by the end of 19th century! The start on the excursion will be at 15 o'clock on Friday afternoon.
See the agenda (in Estonian) of the camp here!

CU at the camp soon!
